ANULACION DEL CONTRATO POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE

De producirse anulación se cobrará lo siguiente en concepto de penalización:

30 días antes de la fecha de entrada el 10% del importe de la reserva.
entre los 29 y los 7 días el 50%.
menos de 7 días antes, el 100%.

No habrá ABONOS si el cliente desiste de los servicios voluntariamente antes de cumplida su estancia.

MODIFICACIONES POR PARTE DE LA EMPRESA

En el caso de que por causas imprevistas y no imputables a la empresa, el alojamiento no pudiera ser ocupado, la empresa podrá a disposición del cliente otro alojamiento de igual o superiores características sin reembolso por ninguna de las partes.

PROTECCION DE DATOS

En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal ("LPD") le informamos de que mediante la cumplimentación del proceso de reserva, sus datos personales quedarán incorporados en los ficheros de la empresa, con el fin de poderle prestar y ofrecer nuestros servicios.
