We are a team specialized in holiday homes, and all our guests are personally welcomed by us. Upon arrival, we will explain what you can visit, introduce you to the area, and answer any questions you may have.

We provide all the amenities to ensure you enjoy the best stay. Clean towels and sheets will be provided for you and your family and friends.

OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

- The house is located in the center of town, surrounded by all kinds of shops: restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, banks, pharmacies, and everything you might need.

- In addition, every Thursday of the week, there is a market selling clothing and fresh local produce in the same town.

- On Sunday mornings, another market selling seasonal organic produce, called the Flower Market, takes place.

- A ten-minute walk from the house is the seafront, with beaches with clear water, traditional fishing boats, and beach bars where you can enjoy day and night.

- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate traditional festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, etc.

- Near the village is a large water park called "Fantasy Island".

GETTING AROUND

- The Vilassar de Mar station is ten minutes from the apartment. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava.

- To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes.

- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, journey time about 40 minutes.

- You can also reach the village via the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.

OTHER NOTEWORTHY

- Please note that arrivals between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. incur an additional fee of €25. Arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight incur an additional fee of €50. In both cases, cash will be collected upon arrival. After midnight, no arrivals will be processed; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.

- Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €1 per night per person must be paid, due to regulations established by the Catalan government.

- At check-in, both adults and minors must provide identification using their ID, NIE (Foreigner Identification Number), PASSPORT, or FAMILY RECORD.
