- You will have a nice lawned garden with barbecue area, which will be the ideal place to relax, sunbathe, have a drink or talk quietly.

- Inside the house, you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Next to it, we will find a large office kitchen.

- In the living room you will find a TV area and, if you need to work, a small area with a desk where you can bring your computer, ideal for business trips.

- On the upper floor we find the rooms, all of them spacious and bright.

- The house is fully available and has everything you need for short or long-term stays.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

- The property is located in a residential area of Premià de Dalt. It is a unique and exclusive space.

- During the summer, all the villages of the area celebrate the typical fiestas so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.

- 1 km from the house is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía".

- On the “maresmeturisme” website you can find more interesting information about the area.

HOW TO MOVE

It is advisable to have your own vehicle since the house is in the upper part of Premià de Dalt. In the same house there is a parking area.

Barcelona-El Prat airport is the nearest and is 31 km away from the house.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS

- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.

- Upon arrival they must pay a tourist tax of €1 per night and person, due to the regulations established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

- At the time of check-in, both adults and minors must be identified by DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
