GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- It is a typical neighborhood of a coastal town, quiet, with charm and emblematic buildings.
- Just two minutes walk from the house is the promenade, with beaches with clear water, with typical fishing boats and beach bars where you can enjoy night and day.
- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate typical festivals so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.
- Every Thursday of the week, in the same town there is a market for clothing and fresh local products.
- Near the town there is a large water park called "Fantasy Island".

HOW TO MOVE
- The Premià de Mar station is located right in front of the house. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava. To get to the town from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants, take the R1 train line towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, the journey takes about 40 minutes.
- You can also reach the town through the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.
OTHER NOTABLE ASPECTS
- Please note that arrivals between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases you will be charged in cash upon arrival. There will be no check-ins after 24:00; Guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival you must pay a tourist tax of €1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
- At the time of check-in, both adults and minors must identify themselves using DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
