- Just 5 minutes you will find the train station so you will have easy access to Barcelona or the Costa Brava.
- The accommodation has a capacity of 3 people, so it is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a quiet holiday near the sea.
- It has a small balcony overlooking a quiet street, a big bright living room with sofa bed, TV area and dining area. The main room is spacious, bright and also has direct access to a small terrace with charm. You will also find a full bathroom with a bath.
- In the living room you will find a large table available to work with laptops, so it will be the ideal place for those who travel, for example, for work reasons.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- It is a typical coastal town neighborhood, quiet, charming and with emblematic buildings.
- 3 minutes from the beach and the promenade, with typical boats of fishermen and beach bars where you can enjoy night and day. During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate the typical festivities, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.
- With an excellent location, a few meters from all kinds of services such as restaurants, shops, etc. 2 km from the supermarket Carrefour and a few streets from the supermarket Lidl.
- Near the village there is a big water park called "Isla Fantasía".

HOW TO MOVE
- The Cabrera de Mar station is 5 minutes from the apartment. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (lasts about 35 minutes) or to Costa Brava. To get to the town from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants line R1 train Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the stop "Cabrera de Mar", about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, lasts about 40 minutes.
- You can also reach the village through the motorway or the N-II road that runs along the coast.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival, you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
