CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- It is a typical neighborhood of coast town, quiet, charming and with emblematic buildings.
- The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by shops of all kinds: restaurants, bakery, butchers, banks, pharmacies and everything you may need.
- In addition, every Thursday of the week, in the same village there is a market of clothing and fresh produce of the area. On Sundays in the morning there is another market with ecological products of season, called Market of the Flower, only a 10 minutes on foot of the house.
- Tree minutes from the house is the promenade, with clear water beaches, typical fishing boats and chiringuitos where you can enjoy night and day.
- During the summer, all the villages of the area celebrate the typical parties so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.
- Near the village there are a water park called "Fantasy Island".

HOW TO MOVE
- The train station of Vilassar de Mar is two minutes from the apartment. There are trains every 7-15 minutes towards Barcelona (lasting about 35 min) or towards the Costa Brava.
- To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants, take the R1 train line towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró until the stop "Vilassar de Mar", about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, lasting about 40 minutes. You can also reach the village via the motorway or the N-II road that runs along the coast.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
- In the moment to do the check-in, adults and children will have to identify by means of ID card, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.

- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate their traditional festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, and more.
- Every Thursday of the week, there is a market selling clothing and fresh local produce in the same town.
- On Sunday mornings, another market with seasonal organic produce, called the Flower Market, takes place just a 15-minute walk from the house.
- Near the town is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía."

- The Vilassar de Mar station is just a few minutes from the house. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava. To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes.
- By bus: every 30 minutes to Barcelona, journey time about 40 minutes.
- The village can also be reached via the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.
OTHER NOTEWORTHY
